Paralegal/Office Manager Tammy Kuhns join our firm on 4/1/2003. Ms. Kuhns is the Office Manager as well as the paralegal for both Mr. Panebianco and Mr. Sosonkin. Tammy has 20 years of legal experience with over 16 years in Worker’s Compensation experience alone. Ms. Kuhns worked with and was trained in the field of worker’s compensation by Mr. Panebianco as a legal secretary at Mr. Panebianco's former law firm where he was a partner. Ms. Kuhns then moved on and worked as a Paralegal for Vernis & Bowling of Ft. Lauderdale for approximately 3 years. In April, 2003, Ms. Kuhns was excited to become a part of our firm. Tammy assists the attorney’s in preparing your case for mediation and trial. Her vast knowledge of the worker’s compensation system gives her the know-how to answer your questions and resolve many issues that you might encounter during this difficult time. Ms. Kuhns is in constant communications with the adjusters, their attorneys and the Judges’ office to help our lawyers resolve cases in a just and timely manner.  Tolanda Thomas
Paralegal/Scheduling Coordinator Tolanda Thomas joined our firm in October, 2003. Tolanda’s vast knowledge of the ins and outs of the worker’s compensation system and scheduling requirements allows our firm to be ready to take your case to trial if necessary. Ms. Thomas handles all of the scheduling for our firm and works closely with the attorneys preparing your case for Mediation and Trial. Her 14 Years of experience allows her to assist our clients with their day to day questions.  Ashlee Niswanger
Legal Secretary/New Client Liaison Ashlee Niswanger joined our firm in August 2003. Ashlee is the head of our New Client Intake Department. She meets with all of our new clients, introduces them to our firm and assists them with completing all of the paperwork necessary to have our firm represent their interests. Ashlee also works closely with the attorneys in preparing all of the correspondence and pleadings necessary to litigate your file properly and efficiently.  Cherese Rollins
Legal Secretary Cherese Rollins joined our firm in February, 2005. Working directly under Nick Panebianco and Tammy Kuhns, Cherese also helps our firm prepare all of the paperwork, pleadings and other documents necessary to prepare your claim for mediation and trial. Her training allows her to help you with your daily needs regarding your case. Her prior experience as a pharmacy assistant gives her a large knowledge of the names of the medications our clients are taking and helps her in communicating the proper medications that need to be authorized by the carrier when the pharmacy has received a denial.
